Return and Refund Policy

At Happy House Melts, each item is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to making things right when appropriate.

Eligibility for Refunds

We will only consider refunds under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Products
   If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of:
    
   • The damaged item
   • The packaging
   • The shipping label

1.  Once verified, we will either issue a refund or offer a replacement item at our discretion.
2. Customer Dissatisfaction
   If you are truly unsatisfied with your product, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for dissatisfaction are not guaranteed and may require the product to be returned (unused) before a refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Allergic reactions
• Color or scent preference
• Improper use or storage of the product

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at sales@happyhousemelts.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and supporting documentation (photos or explanation). We will respond within 48 hours.
